FYI: Trash Cans should be placed on the curb on the MORNING of trash pick up and REMOVED in the EVENING. Our City streets are becoming cluttered with trash cans and trash with cans not being removed from the curb. There is an Ordinance for unsightly yards, and residents can be subject to a fine if trash cans continue to stay on the curb. Thank you in advance. ... ExpandHide

I lived in both carter then faye cove. Carter was no where near as bad as faye as they had to install cameras and threaten a fine to whoever does it but still was an issue (if people would keep their trash in a bag like every resident has been asked multiple times in the newsletters there wouldnt be any loose trash to worry about)

If the trash men could empty a dumpster in Faye and Carter coves with out leaving trash hanging out of the dumpster and all over the ground would help keep the city looking good too...

Everyone should comply not just a few if us....

Reminder to all residents please be a good neighbor. If you own a dog, keep your dog confined within a fenced area or on a leash on your property this is an ordinance and you can be fined. Dogs are running loose and residents do not like to pick up trash that neighbors dogs knocking over. Thank you. ... ExpandHide

FYI for all residents: If you are using wipes of any kind you might want to consider buying the flushable kind. The package will state if they are flusable, if they are not, these are not biodegradable. The unflushable kind can cause an unwanted expense to the resident and the city, as they become clogged in the sewer pipes. Also please do not pour grease down your drain, even by flushing with hot water it will congeal and harden in the sewer pipes. This can cause damage to the inside of your home when the sewer can not run properly it will back up. Working together these are easy problems to fix and in the long run save all of us hundreds of dollars. Thank you. ... ExpandHide
